Internet Student ServicesEnrollment |
The enrollment area consists of transactions as well as course maintenance and prerequisites.
All registration transactions are checked against rules to insure that only eligible students may enroll in a specific course. Rules can be created at the course, section or program level. In addition courses or sections can be linked to accommodate block enrollment or other special requirements.
All course information is stored in the database so that changes to programs or curricula can be monitored over time and faculty committees have historical data available when designing new courses. Enrollment restriction rules are stored as well and can be entered by any staff member with proper authorization. No programmer intervention is required when requirements change.
To take the tour pick from the areas below. You can view screen shots of many of the functions available. Descriptions are given along the way.
