This screen is for entry of student's final grades. Query for the desired course and section in the first block. In the second block enter grade related information for each student. This includes: The final letter grade Status indicators to show if course has been completed An optional reason to explain an incomplete Additional notes or remarks. Note that the completion status and the grade are stored as separate information. This allows grades to be posted while conditions exist which prevent the grade from being reported such as unpaid liabilities.
