This screen is for defining academic programs. A program is sponsored by an academic unit (department) and is a state-approved degree program. Each program can contain one or more curricula. These are specific sequences of courses that a student must follow to complete the degree. Note that programs cannot be deleted once they are used by students. Mark obsolete programs by entering an end date. Other forms lead to an extended comment facility for expanded notes about the program. Select the desired sponsoring department.
