The structure and policies screens are for system configuration. All rules and policies are stored in the database and are under control of the institution staff. A complete picture of the organizational structure is kept as administrative units. This information allows for reports to be created at any level of detail for planning, budgetary and enrollment purposes. Restriction polices and authorizations are also controlled by these screens.

Physical structure information is used for placing classes and activities in the best rooms automatically or manually, as desired. Criteria about room characteristics and course requirements are correlated.
